What's in this version:
* Fix a force-close that appeared in the alarms code.
* Adjust the BT sleep timer to accomodate dashboard installations better.

* Allow units of F and C in addition to degrees C/F for unit conversion. A unit of C or F is now treated as Deg.C or Deg.F as this may have been confusing some people
